1. Products & Orders

  • We sell office acoustic products: office screens, desktop baffles, and sound insulation cotton.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Office Screens & Desktop Baffles:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Keep away from children – small parts during assembly may pose choking hazard.

For Sound Insulation Cotton (Acoustic Foam):

  • Keep away from open flames and high heat sources. Polyurethane foam is combustible.

  • Do not use in areas with exposed electrical wiring or heat‑generating equipment.

  • Do not install in wet or humid environments (mold risk).

3. Acoustic & Environmental Claims Compliance
We comply with the FTC Act Section 5 (unfair or deceptive acts or practices) and the FTC Green Guides (16 CFR Part 260) . All performance claims (e.g., NRC values) are substantiated by third‑party testing. Environmental claims are supported by competent and reliable evidence.

4. Textile Labeling Compliance (if applicable)
Products with textile surfaces comply with 16 CFR Part 303 (Textile Fiber Products Identification Act). Permanent labels include fiber content, country of origin, and manufacturer RN.

5. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning is displayed on product pages and packaging.
