1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1‑3 business days. Shipping: 5‑10 business days (contiguous US). Larger office screens may ship via freight with extended delivery times (7‑15 business days). You’ll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Office screens may have separate freight charges. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly/installation?

  • Office screens: Some require assembly (attaching feet, connectors). Instructions included.

  • Desktop baffles: Some require assembly (attaching clamps, stands). Instructions included.

  • Sound insulation cotton: No assembly – peel and stick.

5. What acoustical standards do your products meet?
All our products are tested for sound absorption performance. NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) ratings, where provided, are based on ASTM C423 testing. We do not make unsubstantiated performance claims – any NRC values are supported by competent and reliable scientific evidence.

6. Are your acoustic products flame‑retardant?
Our sound insulation cotton complies with applicable flammability standards. Products may be labeled in accordance with California Technical Bulletin 117‑2013 . Some acoustic foam materials may contain flame retardants – when applicable, a California Proposition 65 warning is provided.

7. Do your fabric‑covered products have textile labels?
Yes. If our office screens or baffles incorporate textile surfaces, they comply with the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act (16 CFR Part 303) and bear permanent labels disclosing fiber content, country of origin, and manufacturer RN.

8. What environmental claims can I expect?
We comply with FTC Green Guides (16 CFR Part 260) . Any environmental claims (e.g., “recycled content,” “low VOC”) are supported by competent and reliable evidence.

9. How do I care for my office screen/desk baffle?

  • Fabric surfaces: Vacuum or wipe with soft, damp cloth.

  • Do not use harsh chemicals.

  • Check connections periodically.

10. How do I care for my sound insulation cotton?

  • Do not expose to high heat or open flames.

  • Spot clean with mild soap if needed; do not saturate.

  • Keep away from moisture to prevent mold.

11. What is California Proposition 65?
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning is displayed on product pages and packaging.
